Preamble: We, Forgerons du Vallon, establish as rights the freedoms, prerogatives and powers that guarantee the sustainability of our project and our intentions. These rights reflect our shared values. We are committed to respecting them and having them respected with kindness so that the living in all its forms, including human, can flourish in the diversity of its forms of expression. • People have the right to define and redefine themselves, but also to remain undefined. • People have the right to be a man or a woman, according to their inspiration, their interpretation, and in the proportions that suit them. • People still have the right to be a child. • People have the right to be an animal when necessary. • People have the right to create, and to share or not, the fruit of their creation. • People have the right to transmit their knowledge, wisdom, and experience. • People have the right to exercise their talents and to let their constructive inclinations express themselves. • People have the right to also have destructive inclinations and to talk about them, but not necessarily to let them express themselves through actions. • People have the right to be completely uninterested in certain activities. • People have the right to be incompetent, useless and ineffective in certain areas and to remain so. • People have the right to learn, with or without errors. • People have the right to privacy and solitude. • People have the right to take their time. • People have the right to be contemplative, and for this to be an activity in its own right. • People have the right to be beautiful and to surround themselves with what they find beautiful. • People have the right to obtain abundance, such as they define it. • People have the right to benevolent listening. • People have the right to all the food necessary for their good physical, psychic, artistic and spiritual health, and this in sufficient quantity for them according to their own needs. • People have the right to express their needs. • People have the right to express their limits. • People have the right to speak about their feelings. • People have the right to have their truth taken into account, whatever their age, status or background. • People have the right to receive the truth from the other. • People have the right to the presumption of benevolence, to mutual trust in his entourage on a daily basis. • People have the right to be preserved and protected from perversion and manipulation. • People have the right to live in a community that respects the specific and unique needs of each person and that creates space and solutions to meet them. • People have the right to disagree, to express it, and to be heard. • People have the right to cultivate their love, to express it in all forms that respect the limits of others. • People have the right to define the limits of the love they receive. • People have the right not to love everyone all the time, but they do not have the right to force another person not to love themself. • People have the right to choose what they share, under what conditions, and what they keep for themselves. • People have the right to know all the information that will guarantee their freedom to make their choices. • People have the right to be present or absent, and to move freely according to their desires and the needs of their activities. • People have the right to renegotiate their agreements and commitments according to their evolution. •  People have the right to expect that unless renegotiated, the agreements and commitments will be kept by everyone. • People have the right to believe in their ideal, to embody it as best they can, and to be encouraged and supported when they tend toward this objective.
