  • What advantages could I benefit from as an associate?

None! Being an associate of the Forge du Vallon does not confer any privilege, power, influence or privilege. Here, it's not money that buys power... and we stick to it! If you become an associate, it's because you believe in us and want to support us, it's because this investment makes sense for you. Note that we are talking about a social investment, which aims to promote the emergence of collective operating systems more in line with our values, and not a speculative investment, which enriches the investor. It is not a donation either, since you always have the possibility of selling your shares and recovering your funds. As for decision-making power... well, it's by forging that you become influential in the Forge. If the fact of being associated allows you to participate in our Annual General Meeting, it is by involving yourself humanly that you will be able to act most profoundly on this project.

  • If I am a user, supplier, partner?

If you are involved in the life of La Forge du Vallon through your activities, you can benefit from special conditions to become a partner. All the details are in our statutes, but feel free to contact us about it.

  • Can I be both a solidarity investor and a user, supplier, partner?

Yes! If you meet the conditions of several categories of investors, you can absolutely combine! For example, you can be a solidarity investor by the amount of your investment and thus benefit from the tax reduction, but also be a user by the internships that you plan to organize on site. You will simply have to decide which college you prefer to be registered in to participate in the General Assembly.

  • And the tax cut?

Becoming a solidarity investor in a SCIC in formation means benefiting from a tax reduction. The Oasis Cooperative explains all the details very well on its website. However, since writing this article, the discount has increased from 18% to 25%! Yippee!

  • What if my company or association wants to become a partner?

Tremendous! Contact us and we will explain the few special steps to you.

We advise anyone considering becoming a partner to read our articles of association carefully.
